In South America, cacao found its spiritual home in the hands of indigenous peoples such as the Asháninka, Waorani, and Machiguenga, who continue to cultivate and ferment cacao following ancestral methods that protect biodiversity and ensure exceptional quality.

Today, SelvaBio works directly with these communities and local farmers in Ecuador, Peru, Colombia, Bolivia, and Venezuela, preserving the connection between origin, purity, and purpose.
